Project Manager for NCE Insulation’s European Projects – E-Lighthouse (NPA) and Heritage Care (Interreg NW Europe) and currently exploring other initiatives. He holds an MA in Architecture and Post Graduate Certificates in Housing Association Finance and Development and is a qualified Building Energy Assessor and has worked for the past 10 years as Project Manager for public and private agencies on various EU Projects and as Expert Evaluator for the European Commission various technology programmes. He is as founding member of Carbery Housing Association and current Secretary of the Association.
